Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately within 10 days. We will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged product. Please email at customercare@westseattlenaturalenergy.com to obtain an RMA number to return your merchandise. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
